Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate creative briefs into engaging visual content. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our marketing and design teams to produce high-quality graphics across various digital platforms, helping to enhance brand visibility and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually compelling designsfor digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, banners, email templates, landing pages, and other online collateral.
  • Collaborate with the marketing teamto understand project requirements, branding guidelines, and campaign objectives.
  • Assist in developing contentfor websites, blogs, and social media platforms through eye-catching visuals.
  • Support in creating illustrations, infographics, and typographyto communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Work with the Senior Graphic Designerto refine and improve design concepts and processes.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identityacross all marketing materials.
  • Update and maintain digital design assets, such as logos, templates, and style guides.

Stay up to date with design trends and best practices, especially in digital marketing and social media.

Requirements:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience:1 -2 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in design tools:Software: Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma or other relevant design software.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principlesand an understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
  • Attention to detailand the ability to meet deadlines
  • Team player mindsetwith the ability to collaborate effectively.

Basic animation or video editing skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphicsor simple animations (e.g., After Effects).
  • Familiarity with UX/UI designand web design principles.

Knowledge of SEO or content marketing.
