Role Description
This is a full-time job as a Territory Sales Incharge, based in Kochi for Project operations. The role involves managing sales activities, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and building relationships with clients within the assigned territory. The responsibilities include identifying potential customers, providing product training to dealers, ensuring excellent customer service, analyzing market trends, and preparing reports on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Proven abilities in Communication and Customer Service for building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in conducting Training sessions for dealers or internal teams
- Good analytical skills to assess market trends and report sales performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry looking after project sales
- Proficiency in local language(s) and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
