Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with sales and dispatch requirements.

Supervise all production activities on shop floor.

Ensure production as per quality standards & customer requirements.

Lead, guide, and motivate shift in-charges, supervisors, operators, and helpers.

Ensure timely availability of raw material, masterbatch, and packaging.

Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, PPE usage, and housekeeping (5S).

Drive lean manufacturing practices (Kaizen, 5S, TPM, SMED).

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of plastic processing (injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding).
  • Knowledge of quality systems (ISO/TS, 5S, Lean).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360, ₹400,000.00 per year
