Role: Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with hands-on expertise in SAP S4Hana, GST compliance, and TDS regulations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting in line with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP S4Hana.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
  • Prepare reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer).
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for smooth financial operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 3-8 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Mandatory experience in SAP S4Hana.
  • Strong knowledge of GST & TDS filing and compliance.
  • Good understanding of general accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
