Urgent Requirement TMRM Process (All Insurance Sales)

Location: Virar West, Mumbai

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Motor, Health, or Life Insurance sales process is mandatory

Job Details:

  • Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday Off

Salary & Incentives:

  • Salary up to 25,000 per month
  • Monthly incentives ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound/inbound calls related to insurance sales
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable insurance products
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic understanding of insurance products (Motor, Health, Life)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
