Salesforce Autorabit Engineer

Location:: Cary, NC
( Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Autorabit Engineer to manage and automate Salesforce deployments, streamline release management processes, and ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Autorabit, Salesforce DevOps, and version control tools to optimize deployment cycles and maintain high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Autorabit.
  • Manage and automate deployment processes including metadata migration, testing, and validation.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and QA teams to streamline release management.
  • Monitor deployment pipelines and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful releases.
  • Integrate Autorabit with version control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, or SVN.
  • Create deployment scripts, automation jobs, and custom workflows within Autorabit.
  • Maintain documentation related to deployment processes, best practices, and configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and Autorabit updates to implement improvements.
  • Enforce release governance and security best practices.
  • Provide support during production deployments and post-release validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce development and deployment processes.
  • Hands-on expertise with Autorabit or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata API, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Experience integrating version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, etc.) with deployment tools.
  • Understanding of Salesforce environments: Sandbox, Developer, UAT, and Production.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
  • Ability to write deployment scripts and automate routine tasks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Administrator) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other DevOps tools like Jenkins, Gearset, Copado.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Exposure to API integrations and automated testing frameworks.
