Role Overview :

We are seeking experienced Product Analytics Specialists with strong domain expertise in eCommerce and Search Analytics to join our clients Bangalore-based analytics function. The role focuses on analyzing product usage and search behavior to drive discoverability, engagement, and conversion across eCommerce platforms.

This position operates within a global analytics team structure, offering collaboration with North American business stakeholders and opportunities for long-term strategic partnership through staff augmentation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct deep-dive analysis of search queries, content discoverability, and on-site product performance.

- Develop performance dashboards and KPI frameworks for search and product optimization.

- Partner with product managers, data scientists, and growth teams to define and measure product success metrics.

- Deliver actionable insights that shape product roadmaps, search relevance tuning, and customer experience design.

- Support experimentation initiatives (A/B testing, journey analysis, and feature impact studies).

- Present findings and recommendations through data storytelling and visual analytics.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

years of experience in Product Analytics, Search Analytics, or eCommerce Analytics roles.

- Strong practical understanding of search stream analysis, CTR optimization, and user journey metrics.

- Hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, Google Analytics, BigQuery, or Snowflake.

- Ability to build and interpret dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

- Excellent command of data visualization, insight communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Desired Skills :

- Familiarity with search algorithm fundamentals, taxonomy mapping, and personalization flows.

- Experience managing multiple global stakeholders across time zones.

- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently within an integrated team
