Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at our office located in Delhi, India. The Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, and representing clients in various legal proceedings. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients, preparing case files, and ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Legal Research and Drafting Legal Documents
  • Experience in Client Liaison and Representation in Legal Proceedings
  • Solid understanding of Corporate & Commercial Law, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Contracts & Compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
  • Relevant experience in a legal firm is an added advantage
