**Job Profile: Project Associate**

As a **Project Associate**, an individual will be responsible towards rolling out, monitoring and reporting on a Blended Learning program being rolled-out by Studeasy Foundation. There are very few organisation deploying such projects, The said employee will be expected to deploy, monitor and evaluate the performance of the same, as per the expectations of the company. Precisely speaking, the employee will be expected to shoulder the following responsibilities in a professional manner:
1. Communicate with schools that are part of the project.

2. Deploy technologies as expected by the company

3. Train key stakeholders on using the technologies as expected by the company

4. Visit schools and/or related locations to:
a. Check if programs are performing as designed

b. Check if key stakeholders are adequately trained

c. Gather feedback from various stakeholders, as directed

d. Resolve any hardware/software/service related issues

5. Successful execution of the above activities on a daily basis

6. Reporting on project performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis

7. Coordinating with Project Manager(s) and management of Studeasy Foundation to ensure the NGO is abreast of successful project execution.

8. Periodically coordinating with hardware suppliers, if any, in case of any issues

9. Periodically coordinating with clients on behalf of Studeasy Foundation and providing necessary information on project execution

10. Liaising with government authorities on behalf of Studeasy Foundation, as per the directions and under the guidance of Project Manager(s) and the management

11. Other duties as may arise from time to time

**Compensation**

1. During the employment, an individual shall be paid an in-hand salary of Rs. 15,000/- per month as fixed, in-hand compensation

2. In addition to the above compensation, all reasonable expenses arising out of employment shall be reimbursed by Studeasy Foundation, assuming same have been authorized in writing prior to being incurred and with the provision of appropriate receipts.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
