We're looking for someone who thinks deeply, writes thoughtfully, and turns insights into stories—someone who can see patterns where others see paragraphs.

Responsibilities

Research deeply:
Profile upcoming guests — their journeys, philosophies, and defining moments.

Build narrative arcs:
Prepare story briefs and key talking points that help the host guide conversations with intention.

Write with purpose:
Craft scripts, titles, and captions for YouTube, Instagram, and trailers that feel intelligent yet human.

Shape the rhythm:
Help design the arc of each episode so it flows naturally, not mechanically.

Translate complexity:
Summarise complex ideas into simple, emotionally resonant language.

Collaborate creatively:
Work with the host and production team to refine tone, structure, and storytelling rhythm.

Stay endlessly curious:
Track cultural shifts, ideas, and books that align with Zero Protocol's worldview.

Qualifications


• 1–3 years of experience in research, copywriting, or long-form storytelling.


• Excellent writing and analytical skills (English required; Telugu preferred).


• A restless curiosity across domains: business, money, psychology, history, art, politics, technology, and culture.


• An instinct for spotting patterns and insights in large volumes of information.


• Strong editorial and organisational discipline.
