Role & responsibilities

  • Shift Handling Follow instructions of Production Assistant Manager.
  • Monitoring of shop floor activities. Ensure concerned records are filled out correctly.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping at the shop floor.
  • Ensure workers are following SOPs.
  • Ensuring proper identification of the products.
  • Creating awareness among workers in health and safety
  • Productivity – Efficiency – Manpower deployment and utilization
  • Online orders serving & Production planning against orders.
  • Co ordination with maintenance for break down rectification
  • Release the machinery for preventive maintenance
  • FG hand over to dispatch as Actual/Physical VS SAP.
  • Coordination with QC for batch approvals and premixes
  • Coordination with EHS officer
  • Batch sheet generation against Orders and maintain stacking plan.
  • Responding to workers concerns promptly and creating an environment where workers are encouraged to bring forward the deviations noticed by them.
  • Holding workers accountable for their performance
  • Identifying the reasons for incidents, near miss and other deviations from safe practices and taking corrective actions.
  • Involvement in HIRA & trainings on controls other safety topics
  • Creating awareness among workers in health and safety
  • IJP , Labels through SAP implementation as per legal metrology, and maintains accuracy as per QC & QA.
