Factory Incharge

Production & Operations Management

• Supervise night shift production activities to meet daily targets.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Coordinate with the day shift team for seamless handovers.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and resources.

Workforce Management

• Assign duties to night shift workers and monitor their performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and disciplinary guidelines.
• Handle on-the-spot issues and report them to higher management.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure quality checks are conducted during production.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards within the factory.
• Report and address any safety hazards immediately.

Inventory & Documentation

• Track raw material consumption and report shortages in advance.
• Maintain accurate production logs and shift reports.
• Support in stock audits and reconciliation.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with other departments like procurement, maintenance, and dispatch.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate updates to management.
• Handle emergency situations during the night shift.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and production processes.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and factory safety protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
