Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analytics Instructor with strong expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and AI systems to join our International teaching team. The candidate must have at least 3 years of recent professional practice (within the last 5 years) in data science or related fields, and the ability to inspire students through applied, industry-relevant teaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and digital learning resources in line with Pearson and Ofqual standards.
  • Create assignments and assessments that apply data analytics and AI to practical case studies.
  • Carry out grading, internal verification, and quality assurance in accordance with UK vocational standards.
  • Mentor students in research, analytics projects, and machine learning applications.
  • Keep curriculum content aligned with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Tools
  • Data Analytics: Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Machine Learning & AI: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
  • Big Data: PySpark, Hadoop basics.
  • Visualisation: Tableau, Power BI, Jupyter.
  • Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), data warehouse concepts.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (Master's desirable).
  • Minimum 3 years recent industry experience in data analytics, AI, or machine learning.
  • Prior teaching or mentoring experience is desirable but not essential.
