Overview:

The Real Estate Sales Intern will work closely with licensed real estate agents to support property sales, client relations, and marketing efforts. This role offers exposure to the real estate industry and hands-on experience in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist agents with property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, comparable properties, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare marketing materials, including property listings, flyers, and social media posts.
  • Maintain client databases and follow up with leads under agent supervision.
  • Support transaction coordination by preparing documents and tracking deadlines.
  • Attend networking events and community outreach initiatives to promote the agency.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a college or university, preferably in business, marketing, or real estate studies.
  • Enthusiastic and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of real estate principles or willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms; familiarity with MLS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation may be required.
