The Longer Version: We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support our marketing team by creating visually compelling content that tells the ExCo story across various platforms. You'll work closely with our social media team to ensure consistent visual branding while supporting various design needs across the organization.

Your Impact & ResponsibilitiesDigital Design CreationCreate engaging graphics and short video ads seconds) using CanvaDesign presentations and pitch decks for internal and external use

Develop visually appealing social media content that aligns with our brand

Maintain design consistency across all platforms

Website ManagementUpdate and maintain our Squarespace website with fresh content

Create and optimize images for web use

Ensure website visuals are consistent with our brand guidelines

Make layout adjustments and improvements as needed

Admin & Documentation SupportUpdate our admin panel with necessary visual information

Create templates for recurring design needs

Organize and maintain our digital asset library

Document design processes for team reference

Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with marketing team to execute campaign visuals

Support the social media team with timely visual assets

Assist in packaging advice for editorial content

Collaborate with the experience team on event visuals

About YouExperience:0-2 years of design experience

Background in creating social media graphics and content

Experience with Canva and similar design tools

Familiarity with website platforms (Squarespace preferred)Skills:Strong visual design sense and attention to detail

Basic understanding of design principles and typography

Ability to work within established brand guidelines

Time management and ability to handle multiple projects

Tools:Proficient in Canva and similar design tools

Familiar with Squarespace or similar website builders

Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (nice to have)Comfortable with cloud storage and file management systems
