Responsibilities:

  • Purpose - This profile will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and converting potential leads into clients. This covers Pan India Centres/Foundations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a customer-centric approach to ensure exceptional service and engagement.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social media or other communication channels.
  • Follow-up & Conversion: Follow up with leads, address their queries, and convert them into scheduled appointments.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective leads, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversions responsible for PAN India Centre/Foundations.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of our services to effectively communicate and promote offerings to potential clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in the lead sheet and the CRM system.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from potential patients to improve services and address concerns effectively.
