Job Purpose

The Business Operations Executive will be responsible for driving continuous

improvement in the vendor experience across all operational areas. You will

work with Vendors and E Commerce managers to ensure we have the systems,

processes and information required to achieve business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engaging in day-to-day business operations.
  • Seller Onboarding- collections of documentation & seller agreement for

registration

  • Provides prompt and efficient service to Clients/Seller.
  • Responsible for purchase order release, order fulfillment coordination, supply

chain management.

  • Assist in various cataloging activities.
  • Work on vendor coordination including vendor payment resolution
  • Resolve/Handle vendor Queries.
  • Creating Bulk listing for all categories.
  • Worked in MLP Creation and Image link creation

Requirements

  • 0-5 years of experience.
  • Should Have graduation degree.
  • Technical proficiency/Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Internet browsing.
  • Good verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts for one week in a month.
