We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our innovative team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between our clients and top-tier IT talent. Your primary responsibilities will involve sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for our bench sales division. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of our clients and to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your expertise in the IT staffing industry will enable you to identify and attract the best candidates, creating a robust pipeline of talent ready to fill critical project roles. Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates from various platforms for our IT staffing needs.
  • Screen and assess candidates to match client requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs better.
  • Negotiate salary and terms of employment with candidates.
  • Analyze market trends to strategize recruitment efforts and stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar role within the IT staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to sell candidates on opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
