**Job Description : Sales Head - 2 Wheeler Segment (Premium Sport Bikes)** role:

- **Experience**: 8+ years in the automobile industry, with 5+ years specifically in premium sport bike sales, including multi-location or multi-region management.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales across multiple territories, achieving targets and expanding market share in the premium segment.
- **Team Leadership**: Proven experience in leading and managing a team across multiple locations or zones; recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing, geographically dispersed sales team.
- **Regional Market Development**: Identify growth opportunities in various regions, build strong relationships with regional dealerships, and optimize territory management for enhanced market presence.
- **Customer Engagement**: Ensure a consistent, premium customer experience across all territories to foster brand loyalty and high satisfaction.
- **Sales Operations**: Streamline sales processes across multiple locations, from lead generation to deal closure, coordinating closely with marketing for brand alignment.
- **Budget & Reporting**: Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and KPIs by region; regularly report on regional performance to senior management.
- **Analytical Skills**: Use data to identify trends in different territories, refine regional sales strategies, and ensure competitiveness across regions.
- **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills, with a deep understanding of the premium bike market and customers across multiple territories.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
