Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote inbound tour packages
  • Identify and acquire new international travel agents and corporate clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
  • Represent the company at travel trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
  • Collaborate with the operations team to design attractive itineraries and proposals
  • Prepare sales forecasts, targets, and performance reports for management
  • Negotiate commercial terms with agents and partners to maximize profitability
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Drive brand visibility and positioning in domestic and international markets

Preferred candidate profile

The Manager Sales & Marketing (Inbound Tours) will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and strong client relationship management. The role requires expertise in promoting inbound tourism products, generating new leads, and building brand visibility across global markets.
