About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with strong expertise in AI integration to lead our technology initiatives in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing IT infrastructure, cloud solutions and software development while driving AI-powered innovations that enhance learning experiences, optimize operations and support scalable growth.

This role requires a blend of technical leadership, strategic thinking and hands-on expertise in AI, with a deep understanding of EdTech platforms, data security and learner-centric technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Strategy & Integration
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven tools to enhance personalized learning, assessments and content delivery.
  • Collaborate with product and academic teams to embed AI features into EdTech solutions.
  • Explore automation opportunities to improve efficiency in operations, student support and analytics.
  • Technology Management
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, and integrations across LMS, CRMs and digital learning platforms.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of all EdTech platforms.
  • Lead the implementation of data-driven dashboards, reporting systems and predictive analytics.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage IT engineers, developers and data specialists to deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Content, Academic, Sales) to align IT strategy with business goals.
  • Partner with external vendors and AI solution providers.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance
  • Ensure data security, GDPR compliance and student privacy in all platforms.
  • Implement robust policies for data storage, backup and recovery.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Keep abreast of emerging EdTech trends, AI applications and new technologies.
  • Drive innovation initiatives, pilot AI tools and evaluate their impact.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of IT management experience with at least 3 years in EdTech or digital learning platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, NLP, LLMs (Large Language Models) and automation frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of LMS systems (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard or custom solutions).
  • Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API-based integrations.
  • Proven experience in data security, compliance, and privacy regulations.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in deploying AI tutors, chatbots or recommendation engines for EdTech.
  • Familiarity with student analytics platforms and adaptive learning technologies.
  • Certification in AI/ML, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) or ITIL.
  • Understanding of GenAI (Generative AI) and its applications in education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100, ₹125,000.00 per month
