Salary Range:
₹20,500 CTC to ₹30,000 CTC

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate responses
  • Ensure high-quality and professional customer interaction
  • Troubleshoot basic product/service-related concerns
  • Maintain proper documentation and call logs in CRM
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, Quality Score)
  • Follow company procedures, compliance guidelines, and escalation matrix

What You'll Do

  • Support customers over voice calls
  • Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction
  • Update reports and follow standard operating procedures

Who Can Apply?

Freshers and experienced (0–6+ months)

Excellent communication skills in
Hindi & English (Must)
