We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent client service.
  • Manage and motivate staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff.
  • Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety standards.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through high-quality service and client care.
  • Manage stock levels, product orders, and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare sales reports, and meet business goals.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in salon management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of salon services, beauty products, and industry trends.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting, sales, and reporting.
