Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and well-groomed Receptionist who can create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, manage front desk operations, and actively engage in promoting salon services and packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional manner.
- Handle appointment bookings, walk-ins, and client follow-ups.
- Maintain client records and update service histories.
- Promote salon services, memberships, and product sales.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with stylists, beauticians, and management for smooth operations.
- Handle client feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a strong sense of grooming and etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (POS, Excel, CRM, etc.).
- Sales-driven with good convincing ability.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11, ₹15,000.00 per month
