Key responsibilities

  • Plant operations and maintenance: Schedule and execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation.
  • Performance monitoring: Track and monitor the proper functioning of all plant equipment, including modules, inverters, and transformers.
  • Troubleshooting and repair: Identify and resolve faults in the system and undertake replacements of faulty parts.
  • Preventive maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment like inverters, transformers, and switchgear.
  • Cleaning: Ensure timely cleaning of solar modules as per a set schedule.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and customized reports on plant generation, activities, and performance trends.
  • Data and records: Maintain detailed records of all O&M activities, equipment, and warranty claims.
  • Vendor management: Raise purchase requests, track vendor billing, and communicate with vendors regarding their duties and company expectations.
  • Safety and compliance: Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
