About the Role

We are hiring an
Associate – Enterprise Technology (Process Excellence)
for a leading global consulting organization. This role sits within their Enterprise Technology Center of Excellence, supporting high-impact technology transformation and process optimization projects across industries.

The role involves working closely with global teams to drive tech-enabled transformation through diagnostics, modernization, automation, and AI-led improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze end-to-end business processes to find inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities

Lead/assist in designing "future-state" optimized workflows

Develop SOPs, process documentation, and playbooks for standardization

Conduct process diagnostics and create opportunity assessment frameworks

Support technology transformation initiatives and digital modernization efforts

Set KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement

Work with modern tools and technologies including AI, automation, autonomous agents, etc.

What We Are Looking For

Strong academic background (Graduate/Postgraduate)

Experience in:

  • Tech Strategy
  • Process Excellence & Automation
  • Technology Modernization
  • Application Portfolio Rationalization
  • Tech Cost Optimization
  • Hands-on experience with process mapping/mining tools like:
  • Celonis, Signavio, ARIS, Apromore, Power Automate Process Mining
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma, RCA, and change management
  • Experience working on digital transformation projects
  • Ability to work with tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LeanIX, etc.
  • Understanding or interest in advanced GenAI, automation, and LLM-based solutions
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced consulting environment
