The Talent Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing HR technology platforms such as Cornerstone, Workday, and Gloat. This role ensures seamless service delivery, effective vendor management, and continuous process improvement. The individual will also drive agile practices (JIRA, sprints, backlog management), manage vendor relationships, conduct audits and reviews, oversee incident resolution, and collaborate with HR and Technology teams on transformation projects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance HR tech platforms across Talent, Learning, and Recruitment systems.
  • Drive vendor performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, audits, and effective escalation management.
  • Lead Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, and JIRA governance.
  • Support HR transformation programs, system integrations, and advanced reporting initiatives.
  • Oversee incident management processes, tracking KPIs and improving employee experience.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, focusing on cross-skilling, knowledge sharing, and contingency planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leaders on HR technology strategy and best practices.
Skills & Experience
  • Expertise in Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong knowledge of Workday and HRIS platforms.
  • Experience in HR tech implementation, service delivery, and process optimization.
  • Vendor management and audit/review leadership.
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working (JIRA, sprints, backlog management).
