It involves liaising between celebrities and various stakeholders, coordinating appearances, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the overall success and integrity of the talent's brand. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the talent including scheduling, logistics, and activations.

- Strategize and execute brand partnerships, endorsement deals, and sponsorships including c contract negotiation.

- Manage media relations and publicity for the talent, including press releases, interviews, and media appearances.

- Oversee social media presence and content strategy, ensuring alignment with the talent's brand image and objectives.

- Handle any crises or controversies that may arise; develop strategies to mitigate negative publicity and manage damage control when necessary.

- Monitor and manage the celebrity's finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and ensuring timely payments for services rendered.

- Meticulous maintenance of all records, decks, and pitch documents.

- Stay up to date on all relevant information in the industry to aid and assist in better opportunities for the 3-7 years of experience in talent management, public relations, or a related field, within the entertainment industry.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Strong networking skills and established relationships with industry contacts.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
