The team proactively manages compliance across multiple regulated sectors, adapting to evolving regulatory landscapes.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance to senior stakeholders on
optimizing debt management
processes. This includes ensuring that all processes are
ethical

compliant

scalable
. You will oversee and resolve
debt-related disputes
and
litigation
, coordinating with
external counsel
when needed. A key part of the role involves conducting in-depth
legal research
to support
litigation strategies
and ensure compliance with applicable laws and

Must Haves

• Experience
  of 5-7 years in litigation processes,
  civil procedure

  laws

  regulations
  in India, with prior experience in
  debt management
  in
  banks
  ,
  NBFCs
  , or
  asset reconstruction companies
  being highly desirable.
• Strong analytical
  and
  problem-solving skills
  with the ability to develop and execute effective
  legal strategies
  .
• Excellent
  verbal
  and
  written communication skills
  , with the ability to present complex
  legal issues
  in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work in a
  fast-paced environment
