Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day on-site interior work and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to streamline operations.
  • Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
  • Ensure all installations (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.) comply with design plans and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, site photographs, and inventory.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure timely snag list closures.
  • Track and manage material usage and site labor efficiency.
  • Assist in project handover and client walkthroughs.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 0-5 years of experience in interior site supervision or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and interior execution processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, or similar project tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
