**Studio Vidha** is a creative interior design firm dedicated to crafting functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. We are currently seeking two proactive **Part-Time Site Supervisors** to oversee our interior design projects in Pune.

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for reliable individuals with strong site management skills to coordinate and manage our ongoing interior design projects. This flexible, part-time role is perfect for those with experience in site supervision or interior project coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise on-site activities to ensure projects are executed according to design plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to manage project timelines.
- Ensure quality standards, material usage, and workmanship align with design specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain inventory records, track material deliveries, and ensure proper handling.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
- Provide regular updates to the design team and project manager.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in site supervision, interior design, or construction.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Flexible availability to manage project timelines effectively.
- Own transportation for site visits is preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week

- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Interior design: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
