Performance Marketing + Shopify Specialist
to join our
on-site team in Chennai (Manapakkam)
.

What You'll Do

  • Shopify Development & Management
  • Build and manage Shopify stores for our brands and clients.
  • Optimize product pages, checkout, and integrations for
    maximum conversions
    .

  • Implement analytics, tracking, and third-party app integrations.

  • Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and manage
    paid ad campaigns
    across
    Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube
    .
  • Create
    high-ROI ad strategies
    for lead generation, sales, and retargeting.

  • Analyze campaign data, report key metrics, and optimize for
    scaling ROAS
    .

  • Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with content, design, and video teams to align creatives with ad strategies.
  • Suggest innovative ideas for ad creatives, funnels, and automation.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    3–5 years in performance marketing and Shopify setup/management with US market experience.
  • Strong understanding of
    ad platforms, conversion tracking, and funnels
    .
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
  • Bonus: Basic skills in
    graphic design, video editing, or AI-driven automation tools
    .
  • Self-driven, analytical, and willing to
    work in a fast-paced startup environment
    .
