We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive to manage and maintain the company's financial records and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience or good knowledge of Tally, bookkeeping, payroll, and cash/banking processes and be able to handle multi-branch financial data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update accounts in Tally software.
  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and petty cash management.
  • Record and reconcile multi-branch income and expenses.
  • Manage payroll processing and maintain attendance records for staff.
  • Handle cash transactions and prepare daily cash reports.
  • Liaise with banks for deposits, withdrawals, and other necessary banking activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
  • Experience in payroll preparation and attendance management.
  • Ability to handle multi-branch accounts and related reconciliations.
  • Trustworthy and capable of maintaining confidentiality in financial matters.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,500.00 per month
