Accounts Executive (Entry Level)

Department: Accounts

Reports to: Owner

Location: Ahmedabad

As an Accounts Executive, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the daily accounting operations of the company. The primary responsibility is calculating cost and creating quotations, maintaining the financial records of the company through analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts, as well as preparing reports.

Job Role / Key Responsibilities
- Calculate the cost and create quotations for clients.
- Maintaining records of assets and liabilities.
- Updating accounts payable.
- Assisting in balancing sheets and income statements.
- Assisting with reviewing income and expenses.
- Preparing regular reports.
- Assisting with other related duties.
- Assisting with documentation if required.

Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting competencies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and competency in computer software(preferred).

Minimum Education Qualifications: A degree in Commerce/Accounts or relevant field.

Relevant Experience (preferred): Prior experience in accounting profile or a similar role.
