Meru Accounting is seeking a dedicated and proactive SEO Executive to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords for website optimization.
- Perform on-page optimization, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and content optimization to improve search engine ranking.
- Develop and implement off-page optimization strategies, including link building, social bookmarking, and directory submissions to increase website authority and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with content writers, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website content and structure.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices and implement them into ongoing SEO campaigns.
- Optimize local search listings and manage online reviews to improve local search visibility and reputation.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in our SEO strategy.
- Provide SEO recommendations and insights to improve website ranking, traffic, and conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- SEO certification or training courses are desirable but not required.
- Passion for digital marketing and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
