  1. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Level of Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.To manage and oversee warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely dispatch, smooth internal stock transfers, and effective coordination with cross-functional teams to support production and customer satisfaction.

  2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (Set of key duties and responsibilities) Daily Operations ManagementOversee all day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure smooth functioning, adherence to SOPs, and operational efficiency. Service Order & Rent Agreement ManagementPrepare, process, and maintain Service Orders (SO) and Service Receipt Notes (SRN) related to warehouse rent agreements in SAP. Manpower BillingManage manpower service bill processing and booking in SAP through SO/SRN, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Inventory ReconciliationPerform daily reconciliation of inward and outward stock movements to maintain accurate inventory records and prevent discrepancies. Physical Stock VerificationConduct monthly physical stock checks, reconcile with system records, and ensure integrity of inventory data. Transportation & Logistics CoordinationManage and coordinate transport operations for internal stock transfers of raw materials and De-oiled Cake (DOC) Customer Dispatch OperationsEnsure timely dispatch of finished goods to customers, maintaining schedule adherence, product quality, and documentation compliance. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare and share operational, inventory, and management reports as required by the management team for decision-making. Cross-Department CoordinationCollaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Procurement teams for vehicle placement, dispatch planning, and smooth operational flow. TAT (Turnaround Time) MonitoringMonitor, track, and report daily turnaround times (TAT) for inbound and outbound operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with SLAs.

  3. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Level of Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
