What You'll Work On

1. Coal Characterization & Procurement

• Perform and interpret washability analysis for coal samples
• Support coal preparation, handling, and quality evaluation
• Analyze coal procurement options and assess suitability for beneficiation

2. Plant Operations, Safety & Environmental Compliance

• Develop technical know-how on Novasensa' s dry coal separation machinery, including operating principles, configurations, and performance metrics
• Assist in the operation and monitoring of a dry coal beneficiation demo plant
• Learn and apply coal plant safety protocols (dust control, fire prevention, PPE usage)

3. Regulatory, Compliance & External Engagement

• Contribute to documentation for certifications, licences, and regulatory approvals
• Support drafting and preparation of government tenders and related applications

4. Performance Tracking & Technical Documentation

• Track and report plant performance data to support R&D and process optimization
• Maintain process records, SOPs, and test results for internal use
• Present findings with data-backed insights to internal teams and leadership

Who We're Looking For

We want curious minds and passionate builders:

• Experienced individual and graduates in
  Mining, Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, or related fields
• Interested in
  clean energy, circular economy, and deep-tech startups
• Experience with
  coal preparation and washability analysis
• Exposure to
  washery operations, coal handling, or beneficiation
  plants is a strong plus
• Analytical, driven, and excited by hands-on learning
• Organized and clear in communication—written and verbal
• Eager to grow in a high-responsibility, high-impact environment
