  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain candidate database (ATS or internal systems) and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated with current hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
