Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller (Work from Home) to assist with recruitment activities. This is a full-time role where you will contact job seekers, explain job roles, and schedule interviews. The role involves meeting monthly calling and conversion targets and requires good communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Make 6080 outbound calls daily to potential candidates.
  • • Explain job openings clearly and professionally to job seekers.
  • • Shortlist candidates based on job criteria and schedule interviews.
  • • Follow up with candidates to ensure attendance and collect feedback.
  • • Maintain daily call logs and status reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • • Meet monthly targets for calls, shortlisted candidates, and interview conversions.
  • • Coordinate with the recruitment team for interview slots and updates.
  • • Share job details over WhatsApp or Email as needed.

Requirements:

  • • Minimum education: Graduation
  • • Must have a personal desktop/laptop with a stable internet connection.
  • • Experience in telecalling or recruitment support preferred.
  • • Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
  • • Good time management and ability to work independently from home.
  • • Familiarity with Google , Excel , WhatsApp Web, and basic email handling.
