Role Overview:
As a Tele Caller, you will engage customers, generate interest in our products, and drive sales. Your primary tasks will include making outbound calls, providing product information, addressing customer queries, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and close deals.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collect customer feedback.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Tele-calling or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
