Role Description
We are offering an unpaid HR internship for current students who wish to explore a career in Human Resources. This role is designed to provide hands-on training in recruitment, coordination with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and campus outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and executing campus hiring & internship.
Coordinate with college Training & Placement Officers (TPOs).
Help manage candidate databases and track recruitment activities.
Support intern onboarding, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives in colleges and on social media.
Requirements
- Must be a current student (Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to commit part-time hours alongside studies.
- Interest in pursuing a career in HR, talent acquisition, or campus recruitment.
- Familiarity with basic tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Email, Zoom/Meet) – training will be provided.
Stipend/Compensation
- This is an unpaid internship.
- Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation will be provided.
- High-performing interns may be offered a full-time HR role after graduation.
