Job Summary:

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage the movement of IT hardware from suppliers to our warehouse and from our warehouse to customer locations. You will handle order processing, shipping arrangements, inventory tracking, and coordination with transporters, suppliers, and internal teams. Your role is to ensure all deliveries are accurate, on time, and well-documented. You will also help solve delivery issues, manage product returns, and suggest ways to improve logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of IT hardware from suppliers to warehouse and to clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery by working with transporters and freight companies.
  • Monitor stock levels and update inventory records.
  • Prepare and manage shipping requests, pickups, and deliveries.
  • Process and dispatch customer orders accurately.
  • Work with sales and customer service teams to solve order issues.
  • Track shipments and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
  • Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners regularly.
  • Negotiate delivery schedules and cost-effective shipping options.
  • Maintain shipping documents (invoices, packing slips, customs papers).
  • Keep logistics databases up to date.
  • Prepare reports on delivery performance and logistics costs.
  • Handle problems such as delays, damaged goods, or missing items.
  • Manage product returns and coordinate return shipments.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving delivery issues quickly.
  • Suggest improvements to make logistics more efficient.
  • Support the team in using new tools or technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (IT industry preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware is an advantage.
  • Familiar with logistics or inventory software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good at problem-solving.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
