Job Title: HR Associate

Location: Remote (Preference for Madurai area)

What This Role Is:

This is not your typical 9-to-6 desk job. We need someone self-motivated, accountable, and ready to manage HR operations independently. You'll be comfortable navigating ambiguity and use AI tools to make your work smarter and faster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and maintain accurate employee login/logout and leave records
  • Calculate monthly salary payments for staff and coaches reliably
  • Drive recruitment: hire 1-2 team members each quarter, plus 5 coaches every month
  • Enforce and improve SOP compliance consistently
  • Support general HR admin and team coordination as needed

  • Enthusiastic about leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to enhance productivity
  • Hungry to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility in HR and operations
  • A self-starter who doesn't wait for directions, with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working remotely full-time with autonomy and accountability

What You Bring:

  • Relevant education background or a strong willingness to learn (freshers welcome)
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, HR software basics) and eagerness to master tools
  • Problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, 6 days a week
  • Work hours: 9 AM to 6 PM IST (Monday to Saturday; Sunday off)
