Key Responsibilities:

  1. Should have understanding of laptop /desktop QC & Alteration/repair & technical experience & technical support to the team.

  2. Should have expertise of using CRM & its devices hardware & software diagnosing quality tools.

  3. Know about ESD / ESD guidelines / quality testing tools and equipment.

  4. Should know multiband IT devices (laptop /desktop) /uses /Aesthetics & functional quality checks & guidelines.

  5. Should know about multiband device spare parts / firmware installation.

  6. Should have strong team lead quality to manage productivity / TAT / process adherence.

  7. Should know about spares quality assurance policy and process.
