We are seeking an experienced Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization, system administration (Linux & Windows), database management, and cloud networking/security. You will be responsible for deploying, managing, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and applications while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud services across
    AWS, GCP, and Azure
    .
  • Manage and troubleshoot
    ECS, Docker, and Kubernetes clusters
    .
  • Perform
    Linux and Windows server administration
    , including control panels like
    WHM/cPanel
    and
    Plesk
    .
  • Administer and optimize databases:
    MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
    .
  • Configure and maintain
    firewalls, DNS, ELB, VPCs, NATing, and Gateways
    .
  • Implement and manage
    CloudFront, Load Balancers, and Virtual Firewalls
    for secure and scalable delivery.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and apply fixes proactively.
  • Collaborate with development teams to support CI/CD, DevOps, and containerized workloads.
  • Provide technical support to clients, resolve incidents, and document solutions.
  • Maintain security best practices and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with
    AWS (EC2, ELB, VPC, CloudFront, RDS, IAM, etc.)
    ,
    GCP
    , and
    Azure
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Docker, ECS, Kubernetes
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.) and Windows administration
    .
  • Experience with
    WHM/cPanel, Plesk
    hosting environments.
  • Database expertise:
    MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    firewalls, DNS, NATing, routing, and gateways
    .
  • Familiarity with
    load balancing, high availability, and failover setups
    .
  • Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and client support skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with
    Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, or CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Knowledge of
    security compliance frameworks
    (ISO, SOC2, GDPR).
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
