Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Kondapur. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The individual will maintain and grow relationships with clients and candidates, manage accounts, and ensure a high level of communication throughout the recruitment process. Daily tasks will also involve identifying potential sales opportunities, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
  • Proficiency in Hiring and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the technology or consultancy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
