Negotiating the best rates, following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants.

Regular interaction and Follow-up with bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.

Experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, CareerBuilder and etc.

**US IT RECRUITER**

Assisting in the recruiting efforts for our US clients.

Maintaining resumes on the ATS (Application Tracking System) & updating client &

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting efforts including scheduling interviews, offer

**OPT Recuiter**:
Should have excellent communication skills.

Should have a good understanding about the trending IT skills in the market.

Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.

Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.

Should be able to get H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from their own database and referrals.

Explaining and Negotiation about compensation / packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, relocation benefits for the consultants.

Smart & Go Getter.

Should be committed & responsible.
