Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Executive
to support and manage day-to-day operational activities across our platform. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, coordinating with delivery partners, onboarding pharmacies, and maintaining high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Delivery Management

  • Monitor real-time orders and ensure timely assignment to delivery partners.
  • Coordinate with riders to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries.
  • Resolve operational issues and delays promptly.

Partner & Vendor Coordination

  • Assist in onboarding pharmacies and diagnostic partners.
  • Ensure partner compliance with KwikMedi's operational standards.
  • Handle partner communication and support.

Customer Experience

  • Provide quick resolution to customer queries related to orders, delivery, and services.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Platform Operations

  • Track app/web orders, escalations, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with the tech team regarding bugs, system issues, or workflow improvements.

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain inventory and logistics data where applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; operations background preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce, or startup environments.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with mobile apps, dashboards, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a "get things done" attitude.
