Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu, and capable of handling customer queries, promoting products/services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products or services in detail and persuade customers to make a purchase.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or a similar role.
  • Fluency in English, Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in BPO, call center, or inside sales is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
