Position Overview:
As an Inbound Telecaller for lead generation, your primary responsibility is to handle incoming calls from potential leads and qualify them for further engagement with the sales team. This role involves active listening, effective communication, and the ability to identify and understand customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Inbound Call Handling:
Answer incoming calls from potential leads and address their inquiries and requests.

Qualification and Information Gathering:
Engage with callers to gather relevant information and assess their interest in the company's products or services.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and identify potential opportunities.

Product/Service Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their value proposition.

Script Adherence:
Follow provided scripts or guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication with inbound leads.

Lead Routing:
Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales or marketing personnel for further follow-up.

Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with inbound leads in the CRM system.

Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for callers.

Feedback and Reporting:
Provide feedback on common themes or trends observed during inbound calls to improve lead generation processes.

Prepare reports on call outcomes, lead conversions, and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in customer service, inbound calling, or lead generation is advantageous.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Ability to think on your feet and respond effectively to various customer inquiries.

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
